Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our organizational data. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll work collaboratively with various departments to support our data management needs while ensuring all information is processed with precision and care. • Accurately input data into internal databases and systems with meticulous attention to detail
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into our systems to maintain data integrity
• Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is correct, current, and organized
• Generate reports and compile data as requested by the management team in a timely manner
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, demonstrating analytical skills
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their data-related needs and projects
• Follow confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information with transparency and responsibility
• Manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Identify and communicate potential data quality issues to appropriate team members
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new data entry team members when needed

• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving ability and analytical mindset to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience with data verification and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with confidentiality protocols and data security best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy
• Preferred: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role
