Job Overview:

We are currently hiring an Operator to join our oilfield services team in Casper, WY. This position involves rig-up/rig-down operations, equipment handling, documentation, and ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rig-up and rig-down of service equipment
• Operate shale shakers, centrifuges, cuttings handling systems, slurrification systems, vacuum and pressure washing systems
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and service forms
• Provide training on field equipment when needed
• Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of six months relevant field or mechanical experience
• Ability to perform basic math and complete written reports
• Effective verbal communication and reading comprehension
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Completion of Baroid training is a plus
