Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Casper, WY
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour
Overview:
Adecco is helping a local client in search of a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant in Casper, WY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a supportive team and excellent benefits once hired on permanently. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable working independently, and enjoy assisting members while keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide excellent customer service while assisting members and visitors
Process and take payments accurately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with general office administration and organization
Use Microsoft Office programs for daily tasks and documentation
Manage basic computer tasks and office systems efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and filing system
Communicate effectively with team members and members
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Typing and data entry experience required
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Professional phone etiquette
