Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Position

Adecco is assisting a local client in Casper, WY to hire an Accounting Clerk. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys office work, data entry, and keeping information organized. Training is provided, and the role offers long-term stability with the potential to be hired permanently.

You'll support the Credit Director and office team with routine accounting and credit-related tasks in a fast-paced but supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer and account information

  • Set up new accounts and process account change requests

  • Process and review customer credit applications

  • Contact customers to gather missing information or credit references

  • Prepare and submit credit documents

  • Assist the Credit Director with daily tasks and simple reports

  • Produce routine reports and written correspondence

  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks


Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting, clerical, administrative, or office roles

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable with data entry and basic accounting tasks

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to stay organized and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Excel a plus

  • Must pass a background check and drug test

Candidates with experience in office administration, bookkeeping, customer service, or general clerical tasks are encouraged to apply.



Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
