As City Manager, you'll work under a Council-Manager form of government with nine elected officials, managing a $183 million budget and leading a talented team of 549 full-time employees across essential departments like Police, Fire-EMS, Public Services, Parks, Community Development, and more. You'll be a key player in delivering exceptional services, promoting organizational excellence, and building trust within the community.

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader with a passion for public service and the ability to inspire innovation across departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in senior municipal or public service leadership
• Bachelor's degree in public/business administration (Master's preferred)
• Strong background in city management, labor relations, public safety, and strategic leadership
