Database and Banking Software Administrator
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing operational support of the Fiserv Banking software systems (Fiserv Premier)
Management of the database systems related to the banking software
Management and maintenance of Windows based systems
Daily backup and maintenance plans of database systems
Management of online banking web servers and associated systems
Provides day to day management & maintenance of Online Banking related software
Provides technical support and guidance to users
Assists in other IT Department projects and assignments
Operational Support for Mainframe and banking systems
Provide technical support to user community
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting VMWare, Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL
Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Unisys MCP & IBM DB2 knowledge desirable
Knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics desirable. (Fiserv Business Analytics)
Experience with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Must be flexible in working hours with reliable attendance
Strong customer service, written and verbal skills required. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business leaders and employees

Must be a hands-on worker, able to work under pressure, attention to detail, work within standards, and within a team environment
