We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:* Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer* Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively* Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons* Accurately take customer Food & Beverage orders* Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment* Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers* Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed* Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food* May be asked to cook/prepare food items* Provide world-class customer service* Strive to create excellent Food & Beverage experiences for all guests* Additional tasks as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* One year of customer service experience preferred* Experience in the food and beverage industry required* Food Handler's Card preferred* Must be age 16 or olderWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Must be able to lift 40 pounds* Will be required stand for extended periods of time* Facility has intermittent noise
