These are full-time positions that are responsible for accounting duties in multiple accounting work streams. Responsibilities Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure all relevant data has been captured in appropriate time period. Entering data into accounting systems, as well as inputting journal entries. Performing account reconciliations. Performing transactional accounting entries. Validating data against system reports. Verifying that controls and processes have been followed. Ensuring all entries are adequately supported, as per procedures. Working with operations, vendors, and customer to problem solve as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience. Oil and gas experience is preferred. Capacity for a high level of problem solving. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Ability to read professional documents (invoices, various financial statements, emails), as well as the ability to correspond in an informative professional manner. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. English language fluency, verbal and written. Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
