A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Influencer Recruiter to join a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or recruiting This role will be responsible for developing and growing the organization through the influencer program.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identification: Spend time researching and identifying potential influencers across various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential influencers via email, social media, or other communication channels to introduce our brand and discuss potential partnerships.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to promote our products.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Prequalification: Prequalify influencers to ensure they meet our criteria for collaboration, including audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality.
Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and coordinate influencer campaigns, including setting goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers to continuously expand our network and improve our influencer marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to influencer recruitment and campaign management, such as updating databases, preparing contracts, and processing payments.

Compensation:

$80,000 to $130,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ experience in sales or recruiting
Proven experience recruiting and signing on influencers to a brand.
Experience with high volume cold calling and cold outreach
Proficiency in tools such as Hypeauditor, social ladder, Captiv8,MightyScout etc

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
