Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities
Perform adjustment of repair items as required
Perform preventive maintenance duties that detect early signs of failure or maladjustment
Communicate and listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure the production readiness of machines
Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks
Maintain records in MAX Maintenance, creating planned and unplanned work orders
Comply with HSEQ policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass standard audiogram and physical, up to 70lbs of lifting required
Must be able to work in a factory environment which may include but is not limited to varying weather conditions, high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors
May require 10% domestic travel
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Mechanical background preferred
Experience with automotive, general maintenance, machine maintenance, or machine repair is preferred
Must be able to work a Day Shift with an on-call schedule
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Must be able to operate, power tools, hand tools, measurement tools, etc.
